1. Each shift should inspect the components and lubrication of the vertical packaging machine, adding 20 # lubricating oil to maintain lubrication of each part and extend its service life, otherwise the service life will be shortened;

2. If any abnormal phenomena are found during the operation of the equipment, the power should be cut off immediately, and the abnormality should be corrected before continuing to use it;

3. Every shift should check the end face of the transverse heat sealed copper block. If there are foreign objects on the face, they should be cleaned in a timely manner, otherwise it will cause uneven or unstable sealing;

4. If the vertical packaging machine is stopped, the residue inside the pipeline should be washed away with clean water in a timely manner to keep the pipeline clean, so as to ensure the packaging quality for the next use;

5. When used in winter, if the temperature is below 0 ℃, hot water must be used to melt the quantitative pump and the frozen material in the pipeline. If it does not melt, the connecting rod may be broken, unable to be used, or the machine may not start.
